The Zyliss burger press is the ideal accessory for any BBQ. Whether you are cooking for 5 people or 15, the burger press makes light work of creating perfectly formed burgers for any number of guests.

The burger press moulds patties into the perfect shape and even thickness. Easily adjust the burger press to achieve either a 1/2 or 1/4 lb burger and the textured tray surface creates a griddle effect on the burger.

The press works well with a variety of recipes from lamb burgers to veggie burgers, using the press condenses the ingredients so they do not fall apart when cooking. Hand pressed burgers contain air pockets which make them unstable during the cooking process.

The pull-out bottom tray is a convenient way to flip the burger onto a barbeque or pan without having to touch the raw meat.
