What happens after I’ve ordered?

We will update you the whole way through by email, so please make sure you enter it correctly! Once the order is placed you will sent an order confirmation with your order number, delivery address and products ordered. We will let you know once the order has been sent and an estimated date of delivery. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us on [email protected]

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

Changing the delivery address is no problem at all as long as we haven’t already shipped your order! Please email customer services on [email protected] with your order number and new delivery details.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before we have shipped it by contacting [email protected]. If the order has been shipped, you can return it to us straight away by contacting the same email address.

My order is a gift, can all price stickers be removed?

Absolutely! In the notes on the checkout page, please leave a message asking for us to remove the prices and not to send an invoice with the order. If you forget to do this, please contact [email protected] and we will do the needful.

I haven’t received an email from you after placing my order, what should I do?

Sometimes our emails can end up in your spam or junk folders. If you can’t locate them there, please contact us on [email protected]

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Sometimes orders can be held up with our couriers, so please do bear with us. If your order hasn’t arrived a week after we sent you the email, please contact us on [email protected]

What should I do if my item is faulty?

Please contact us on [email protected] with your order number and we will arrange for the item to be returned. We will then offer you a new item or a refund depending on what suits you best.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us on [email protected] with your order number and we will arrange for the return. We will arrange for a refund back to you at the same time.

I requested a refund and it still hasn’t appeared in my account, what should I do?

Refunds can take up to a week to reach you once we have actioned it. If you have any concerns beyond this time, please contact us on [email protected] with your order number and we will look to remedy this.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the mainland UK, however, we are looking to provide this option very soon!
