Delivery charges
We can deliver to all U.K addresses that are reached by Royal Mail. All deliveries are free with orders over £100. Orders below £100 have a delivery cost of £3.99. Please note that Royal Mail have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and so normal lead times may vary.

Delivery address
Orders placed online can be delivered to any location that is used by the Royal Mail.

Please check your delivery as soon as you can.

We are happy to accept returns as long as the items are returned in a re-sellable condition. You can return your items to your nearest Lords at Home branch, along with proof of purchase. Alternatively, you can arrange for us to send a prepaid Royal Mail label by emailing customerservices@lordsathome.com with your order number and details of the products you want to return.
